- 2-1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 scallions, finely sliced (optional)
- Non-flammable cooking spray to grease the grill
This Amazing Steak Burger Recipe Is Ready To Become A Reality
Start by preheating the grill or pan to high heat. You can use your grill or oven to cook the burgers. The reason you are preheating the grill to high heat is that when the pan or grill is hot, it sears or seals the moisture inside the meat. Reduce the heat to keep the side from burning. This allows for a longer cooking time.
Use a large bowl, put the bread and milk in the bowl, and use a fork or potato masher to mix until it forms a paste with chunks in it. Mix in salt, pepper, garlic, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce. Make sure it is mixed thoroughly. Chop the scallions – fine. Add chopped scallions to the ground beef and mix with your hands until evenly mixed.
Divide the ground beef mixture into 10 parts, and form loose balls. Then, flatten the balls into 3/4-inch patties that are 4-1/2 inches around. To keep the burgers from puffing up on the grill, you need a slight depression in the center of each patty.
Use the non-flammable cooking spray to grease the grill. If using a pan, add butter to the pan to give it flavor. Now the cooking began, grill or pan-fry the burgers to your taste until nicely brown. Generally 2-4 minutes. Flip burgers and continue cooking for a few minutes more until Reach they are just like you like them. Add cheese and let it melt. Add lettuce tomato and pickles. Use grilled or toasted rolls or buns of your choice, and you on your way to some good eating. Boy, are they delicious and juicy? Ummm good!

Tingui Merlot
The Tingui Merlot is a grape wine (Red). The flavor is much like a Cabernet Sauvignon, but it is more refined. You will want to share this elegant wine with all your friends and family. It is a little darker than many Merlots, with bold flavors. Enjoy it, you will love it! It smells like baked raspberry, blackberry, and spice.
Tips On Serving Wine
If you are going to serve a Red Wine, you will want to open the wine for a while before serving it. This allows the wine to breathe, making it taste better and the flavor more robust. Our Wine and Dine Wednesdays are becoming more anticipated, and I cannot wait to see the next one.
