Freedom Chardonnay

Freedom Chardonnay is a delicious white wine created in honor of all First Responders and Veterans. These individuals have special training in areas of rescuing and saving lives and have retired or been released from active duty honorably. They now serve in this capacity because of their training and rescue abilities to help others in emergency situations. This is a special recognition that they deserve as they serve in this capacity. They are truly special. The Freedom Chardonnay is our way of saying thanks to these very special people.

Freedom Chardonnay is a full-bodied Fine Wine that has moderate acidity with a taste of papaya and specific lemon notes. Pairing with foods, it is just dandy with seafood, specifically lobster and claims. Don’t leave out fish and chips, the treat is so amazing. Now let’s learn a little about Chardonnays. Get a full education on some of the best wines the Wine of the Month Club has to offer.

Freedom Chardonnay: Where Chardonnay’s Flavor Starts

Chardonnay first originated in the Burgandy region of France, an area that produces inexpensive to high-value chardonnays. Now, the grapes that they use to make chardonnay grow in many other places. We do not know grapes by the area in which they grow, but by the grapes. Chardonnay is the name of the grape.

What About Bubbles? Do You Like Bubbles?

I love the bubbly bubbles of champagne. We find that Chardonnay is one of the three main grapes they use in champagne or bubbly, alongside the red pinot noir and pinot meunier. A lot of New World sparkling wines use chardonnay, too.

Freedom Chardonnay And Food Pairings

When you pair chardonnay with the right foods, the flavors just burst from the foods and the wine. Chardonnay will have the fullest body of the three white grapes. When it comes to pairing, it pairs really well when you pair it with buttery dishes. Dishes like buttered scallops or pan-fried halibut are good examples. Pasta dishes and roasted pork are another example. Raw shellfish is a dish that you should not pair with Chardonnay.
