Burger and Fine Wine
I decided to prepare this delicious homemade hamburger with Fine wine for my meal. To add to this meal, I added one of our fine wines. I chose this Spartan Hills Chardonnay from Washington State. Get it Here
This is a delicious white wine. It has a light lemon color in the glass. The sweet oak aromas are apparent, with hints of vanilla and tree fruits. They add elegant and intense flavors of peach, pear, and apple. It was the perfect match for my hamburger. I love this Chardonnay!
Being a red wine person myself, I am finding that the delicious white wines are beginning to rub off on me. I love the white wines that come from the Wine of the Month Club. - I used a delicious premade hamburger patty
- Lettuce and tomato
- Pickle
- mayonnaise and mustard
- Toasted hamburger bun
This is an easy and quick hamburger that I prepared, but it is very delicious. Use the way you like your hamburgers and just add the wine of your choice. You’ll see that wine is a perfect fit with a hamburger.
