Walnut Peanut Butter Cookies How To Make Them

Ingredients

  • 1 stk butter/margarine, softened
  • dark brown sugar 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c peanut butter, creamy or chunky
  • 1 lg egg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/3 c flour
  • 1 1/2 chopped walnuts

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Beat the butter and both sugars together
  3. Add the peanut butter and egg, and stir in salt, baking soda, and vanilla
  4. Blend in flour and stir until it is well blended. stir in walnuts
  5. Blend until you have a ball id dough.
  6. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and arrange on an ungreased/unlined cookie sheet about 2 1/2 inches apart.
  7. Flatten balls with a fork dipped in sugar making a crisscrossed pattern.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly brown around the edges.
